Welcome to GM Pool Villa.
To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests, we kindly ask everyone to observe the following house rules.

🕛 Check-out: Before 12:00 PM

✔ Late check-out may incur additional charges

✅ Smoking Areas
For the comfort of all guests, smoking is only permitted at designated outdoor areas.
✅ Keeping The Villa Comfortable
We kindly ask guests to keep the villa clean and dispose of rubbish in the bins provided.
✅ Food Guidelines
To ensure a pleasant environment for everyone, please avoid bringing durians or strong-smelling food into the villa.
✅ Bathroom Care
Please help us maintain our facilities by avoiding unsuitable items in the toilet.
✅ Celebration Decorations
Birthday and celebration decorations are welcome. Kindly remove all decorations before check-out and avoid attaching items directly to walls or furniture.

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
Please keep outdoor noise to a minimum during these hours so everyone can enjoy a peaceful stay.

✅ Parking Information
Complimentary parking is available within the villa compound. Please park only at designated areas.
✅ Pet Policy
To maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests, pets are currently not allowed within the villa premises.

✅ Keys & Remote Controls
Please take good care of keys and remote controls during your stay. Replacement charges may apply if they are lost or damaged.
✅ Safe & Respectful Environment
To ensure a safe stay for all guests, illegal activities, dangerous items and prohibited substances are not allowed within the villa premises.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit may be required before check-in.
The deposit will be fully returned after check-out, subject to no damages, missing items, or serious violations of the house guidelines.
