Villa Rules
Please adhere to the following rules and regulations to ensure a pleasant stay and avoid deposit deduction.
🕒Check-in & Check-out
🕒 Check-in: 2:30 PM – 9:00 PM
🕛 Check-out: Before 12:00 PM
• Late check-out without prior notice will be charged RM100 per hour.
🏡Respect the Property
🚭 No Smoking Indoors
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Smoking is allowed only at designated outdoor areas.
🧹 Maintain Cleanliness
Please keep the villa clean and dispose of rubbish into the bins provided. Additional cleaning charges may apply for excessively dirty conditions.
🚫 No Durians or Strong-Smelling Food
To maintain comfort for all guests, please do not bring durians or strong-smelling food into the house.
🚽 Proper Toilet Usage
Please do not throw materials such as sanitary napkins or other unsuitable items into the toilet to avoid blockage for future guests.
🎈 Decorations
Please remove all decorations before check-out. Do not stick decorations directly onto walls. Any damages caused will result in compensation charges.
🤝Respect the Neighbourhood
🔇 Quiet Hours (10:00 PM – 9:00 AM)
Outdoor activities that may cause excessive noise are not allowed during quiet hours.
Strictly no parties and no loudspeakers throughout the stay.
🍻 Responsible Behaviour
Please behave responsibly and avoid excessive drinking or disruptive behaviour, especially at outdoor areas.
🚗 Parking
Please park only at GM Pool Villa’s designated parking areas. Do not park outside the housing area.
🐾 No Pets Allowed
Pets are not permitted within the villa premises.
🛡️Safety & Security
🔑 Lost Keys / Remote Control
Lost keys or remote controls will incur a replacement fee of RM200 per item.
🚫 Illegal Activities Prohibited
Any illegal activities, drugs, dangerous items, or weapons are strictly prohibited within the villa premises.
Deposit Policy
Guests who violate house rules or cause damage to the property may be subject to deposit deduction as compensation.
