What if I lose the key or remote control?
Replacement charges apply: • Keys – RM200 each • Remote Control – RM200 each
What items should not be thrown into the toilet?
Please do not dispose sanitary napkins or unsuitable materials into the toilet to avoid blockage.
Are illegal activities allowed?
No. Illegal activities, drugs, dangerous items, and weapons are strictly prohibited.
Will my deposit be deducted?
Deposit may be deducted for damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, or violation of house rules.
