Before it became a popular staycation spot, GM Pool Villa was a quiet family home. The building had strong bones, but it lacked the sparkle and comfort we wanted our guests to experience. The outdoor area was underused, and the interiors needed a refresh to match the relaxed coastal charm of Port Dickson.

Still, we saw the potential — the spacious layout, peaceful surroundings, and natural light made it the perfect canvas for transformation.

The renovation of GM Pool Villa was guided by one clear vision: to create a cozy family retreat where everyone could feel at home — whether coming for a weekend, a reunion, or a birthday celebration.

We focused on blending comfort, fun, and togetherness:
